Question: I'm 13 should i loose weight or build more muscle!?
Well I'm 13 I'm trying to make my 6 pack harder but i read somewhere that loosing weight helps but I'm kinda lost im 13 my hormones are still growing and I'm 117 pounds!. I feel that i shouldn't lose weight but i should grow more muscle!. So should i lose weight or build more muscle in the abdominal section!. I am 5'4 btwWww@Answer-Health@Com

um you should exercise everyday 4 about a hour and try to eat healthy foods!! but you should just keep doing that and you will lose the wait and gain muscle!! and you might be attractive to more girls!! lolWww@Answer-Health@Com
