i dont know but apparently because its a crash por quick fix diet once you finish the weight comes back on

why not do it the healthy way

go runnin everyday for about 30 mins

cycling

swimming

yoga

aerobics dvd or class for an hour

50 lunges/squats/push ups/sit-ups and also 30 second plank position x 5!.

eat about 1200 cals a day

drink 2 litres of water

walk everywhere

cut out the junk food, wheat, soda/pop, alcohol and also candy!!!

eat plenty of fruit especailly citrus as it burns fat!!!!

within a month its certain you will lose about 8-10lbs minimum good luck :)
