I was taught that men grow until age 25, and women grow until age 21!. I've found it to be true!. If you're still in your teens, here are some great tips:
Drink 3 glasses of any kind of milk daily!.
Eat lots of protein!. Meat, chicken, fish, eggs, cheese, nuts!.
Eat your veggies! Whatever you like!. Frozen, steamed, raw, or canned!. V-8 juice is great and also V-8 Fusion!.
