Question: Help! I need some advice that matches my conditions!!?
Alright, quick status:

Age: 16 and 1/2
Weight: 145 ( Most of this is fat rather than muscle )
Gender: Male
Height: 5 foot 3 inches
Additional Details: I have really poor stamina!.

Basically, I have about 3 months to lose weight!. I don't have a specific target weight, but around 120 ish would be nice!.

YES, i AM aware that there may not be enough time to reach there in 3 months, however i'm willing to try!.

Can someone please make a me a diet program I can follow for the 3 month span!? Such as: Don't eat this, DO eat that, exercise like this, for this much time a day, etc!. The reason I can't figure one out myself is because I'm not well educated in this catagory!.

Exercises I can't do:
Anything related with a ball, I don't live in a sportsy area and I don't enjoy doing those types of sports!.

Exercises i CAN do:
Running
Swimming
Anything else without a ball

Yeah you totally can loose weight in that time!.

Just start with running or swimming every day except maybe one day on the weekend!. If can't run very long just run as long as you can and then walk until you can run again!. Just keep doing that and in a week or two you will be running more than you are walking!.

Swimming is awesome for burning fat too!. Do that on days you don't run!. I would say to do that for a couple of weeks before you start your diet that way your body can get used to running and swimming every day!.

Just eat all kinds of meats, fruits and vegetables and stay away from pasta, breads and sugar!. But if you are running or swimming about 45 minutes a day you probably will be able to eat whatever you want!. It will take time to be able to run that much but you can start at 20 minutes and move up 5 minutes everytime you get stronger!.

If you wanna work on the ball issue!. Just get a tennis ball and bounce it off a wall and catch it!. You will get used to how a ball comes at you and you will get better at catching it!. Once your arm gets stronger it will be easier to throw in the way you want it to!.

1 boiled egg

any amount of any salads

dinner:

any time you feel hungry, eat fresh vegetables, and swimming is perfect!.

I think if you started to lose, and lost 20 you would see that it's a slow process!. But the more you lose the more in to it you get!. I would say swimming!. Thats what I do and did to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to stay away from fried and greasy foods!. use your best judgemen to eat healthy foods like veggies, fruit, whole grains, lean protein!. switch out unhealthy things like meat and go for leaqn protein like fish and chicken-wheat instead of white bread-homemade pizza is less greasy and fattening than restaraunts becasue you can use reduced fat cheese and less grease!. a great website with delicious recipes that are healthy: hungry-girl!.com!. yes i know it says girl and you are a guy but its not JUST for girls!. swimming is a great way to burn calories and so is running try alternating the exercises everyother day like swimming one day next day is running next is going to the gym and then back to swimming!. try to aim for at least 30 minutes of activity a day!. hope this helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
