Lost track!?!?!

Lost track!?!?

i havent went working out for about 4 days now and i wasnt being carefull with the foods i was eating! will i gain weight? was working out hard for about 2 weeks twice daily but over the long weekend it got out of hand, any suggestions? looking forward to lose 80 pounds but i think with this kind of problems i might get hurt!


Answers:

On days where you don't work out, make sure you do something active, even if it is just taking a walk around the neighborhood.
Also, don't overindulge when you cheat. Cheating is fine, but don't eat everything in sight and you will be fine.
Keep working out consistantly and watching what you eat, the weight WILL come off.
