Regarding whey protein?!

Question: Regarding whey protein!?
I have recently gotten into bodybuilding and have a few questions regarding whey protein!.

1!. How soon will I see results if I take whey protein after each workout!?
2!. If I take my whey protein with milk instead of water will this affect the rate of my muscle growth!?
3!. I need to consume around 130g of protein to pack on some musclemass!. Should I take all 130g aftermy workout or split it in half and take half before my workout and half after!?

Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
1!. Building muscle takes a LONG time, even when using steroids, so you won't see results fast!.
2!. Use milk to build muscle and bulk up, use water when dieting!.
3!. Your body can only process about 40 or 50 grams of protein at a time, so split it up throughout the day!. You should really be eating protein rich foods in addition the the whey, such as eggs, steak, chicken, fish, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only reason adding milk would make a difference is that milk has sugar!. Sugar is more important than protein for nutrition around your workout time!. CARBS ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN FAT AND PROTEIN FOR MUSCLE GROWTH!!!
Protein is important, don't get me wrong, and fat for hormone support, but you need carbs!. Muscles are 70% carbohydrate byproducts!. The water in your muscles is attained through hydration combined with carbohydrates!.
I would take sugar and protein before, DURING, and after!. Blood volume in the muscles increases 80% during workouts, so you will get more nutrients into your muscles at this time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can absorb only 20 grams of protein at a sitting!! All else gets passed!!! The protein is only an aid to rebuilding the torn muscle - this gives you the increase in mass!!
Milk or not makes no difference!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
