If your trying to loose weight in a healthy fashion i would do this:

Most important thing: Eat well!. No, don't go on a diet, don't starve yourself, don't eat only vegetables and all that gross stuff!. Just better your diet a bit!. Instead of soda, try water!. Instead of having a bag of Doritos switch to a bag of pretzels!. Don't completely change your diet, just make little changes here and there so the change is not so dramatic that you give it up after 2 days!. You be the judge!.

Second, do a sport!. Any sport, even if it's rec!. It can be anything, or even take a yoga class or something!. As long as it's something organized, because usually, you really can't skip practices or yoga classes unless you wanna lose money!. Doing this is better than setting up a workout plan by yourself, because I know from experience there are some days when you don't feel like it, so you don't do it, and that becomes a habit!.

On top of that, you gotta work out on your own as well!. Not a rigorous work out (unless you're really serious about a sport, but it doesn't sound like it)!. 10 crunches a day is not enough though!. The best way to start is small and then gradually get better!. But you also have to incorporate aerobic with anaerobic workouts!. Jump Rope for one minute straight!. It doesn't sound like much but trust me, when you're out of shape, it is!. Do that 3-5 times a week!. Keep increasing that time until you can jump rope for a good 10 minutes straight, even 15 or 20 if you can!. If you're not much of a jump rope person, go out running!. Again, start out small!. Run for only 5 minutes the first time, and again 3-5 times a week!. Slowly start increasing your time until you can run straight for a good 30-45 minutes!. Go at your own pace and you be the judge of just how much you do, but as long as its aerobic!.

As for anaerobic stuff, regular crunches don't work much!. Try what I call X-crunches, which is the same concept, except instead of starting out with your feet on the floor, you raise them and bend your knees (so it looks like you are sitting on an invisible chair lying down) Like this: o__l
