Question: I really want to lose weight!!!!?
I really want to lose weight before school starts again! I want to lose about 20 pounds! What are some really good excerizes I can do to lose weight! BTW my weight is mostly on my stomache, butt and legs! What are good excersizes to tone them and make mussel instead of fat! I aready do push ups, sit ups, and jumping jacks!

well, you've got 2 months roughly!.
you're going to want to hit up the gym, get a membership and it will pay off!.
start running alot, about 7-8 miles per week!. spread it out, make one day 1 mile, or go for it big time and get 2 or 3 in one day!.
be sure to bring a towel to wipe off the sweat, i find if you wipe off more sweat, youre allowing more sweat to perspire out of your pores!.
you can do this outside, but i prefer gyms because some of them allow you to watch movies, or watch tv!.
watching tv helps you take your mind off the tiredness of your legs and you wont be concentrating on how tired you are!.

and for the workouts, situps, squats, legpresses!. try to look for leg machines at the gym, or get videos!. spread out the workouts each day and work on a core part of what you want to work out on one day, the next work out something else!. Ask the trainer, or look for further information on direct leg workouts!. sculpting your legs can take a while, but to lose fat, just run!. drink lots of water, lay off the sugar and fats!. if you have a little fat on your legs, its okay, but building muscle on it will make it bigger too!.

and alot of guys like girls with nice legs, so a little chub isnt bad, just dont go over that chub, especially on the butt, guys love that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem as you it sounds like!. I'm trying to slim down too!. Here are some easy things i've been doing;
Drint a lot of water, it helps to lose weight!.
Run 20 minutes in the morning almost everyday
Make portions of food smaller and eat healthy!. You can always have a 'cheat day' when you can eat some junk food, of course!. Only make once every one or two weeks though!.
If you have it in an area by you, go to some kind of trail or hiking place and just walk and stuff and drink plenty of water!. It helps!. Bring a friend along too!. =]
Since it's summer, swim!. If you don't have a pool or something go to a public pool!.
Hang out with friends doing active things like bike ridding, baseball games, even playing man hunt is something you can do!.
Keep doing crunches(sit ups) every day in the morning or whenever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, one tip: Do something fun and active!.

I'm skinny, (90 lbs, 5'6, 14 yrs old) because I do ballet and tennis!. Ballet is really great for losing weight!. I lose 360-400 calories per class!. Tennis is really fun too and I lose around the same calories as ballet!.

DRINK WATER!. NO MORE SODA, POP, JUICE, MILK, COFFEE etc!.

If you wanna lose weight, water will help MOST DEFINATELY!.

Also, if it's more interesting for you, get some weights, dumbells or whatever and hold on to them or put them on while dancing to your favourite songs!. I do this everyday at 6 am for about half an hour!. Don't push yourself though!. Start at 10 mins and work your way up or you may suffer a lot of pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I think it's totally about self-control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea once a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

First off, change your diet!. Cut out the desserts, sodas, ect!. Try to eat healthier if possible!. And don't eat past 9PM!.

Now for the harder stuff!.!. You need to exercise!. Try to get atleast 30 minutes of exercise everyday!. It could be running or pilates or even swimming!.

If you stick to eating healthier and exercising you should be able to lose 20 pounds or more!. (Depending on your height/weight)

not only exe44rsize but food plays a major part to special k aculalty works really well!. try more situps!. try those mags that show cleb exersizes i found one jlo does an it works great!. if you under stand stand on one foot and put a wieght in the hand on same side as foot standing on!. then as you bend forward keep the leg not standing on straight and direclty behind you til most of your body is parelle to floor and you al most look like a T!. do ten times then switch sides tenb on that side!. repeat that for a total of tirty on each leg!. try swatsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'd say that you try swimming or jogging at least 3 times a week!. Um, only eat 3 meals a day!. Most problems are that people have snacks several times a day, but if that alone stops it will help some, but to get quicker results get some cardio exercise to pick up that metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
