Depending on how tall you are etc!. I'm 21yrs 8stone size 6 and 5ft 7inch but doctors say i should be least 9-91/2!. to be honest with you tho honey everyone different i eat like a horse and just don't put weight on!. Just be happy with the way you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
