Creatine effects wear off?
when i first started taking creatine, ethel ester ce2. i saw great results for about a week or 2 but then i lost what i had gained, does anyone know how to create this effect on a consistent basis so that your body wont adjust & not have the same effeect,, in other words how can i stimulate my muscles to grow the way they do when you try a new workout. or supplement. i hope thats understandable the way i wrote it.

The crusader is right, your body starts to depend on the new source of creatine. BE SURE TO TAKE A BREAK AFTER 6 MONTHS! Otherwise your body will stop producing creatine entirely, and in some cases it's a permanent condition.
