Can anyone PLEASE tell me a work out to burn 500 calories?!


Question: Can anyone PLEASE tell me a work out to burn 500 calories!?
i am 15 and 135lbs and 5'8
since febuary everyday i have been running 2-3km
and just for the past mounth or so i have added in
40 sit ups
40 leg lifts
1 min a wall sits
50 push ups
i can do this all easialy
i also eat pretty well
only 800-1000 calories aday no junk food ever only heathly stuff!.
i know from the work out im doing im burning about 250 calories, but i would like to know a work out tor burn 500
so anything would help, i would love to burn 500 calories a day because if i do this for 7 days i would have lost one pound
500(7)=3500 3500=1 pound!.
if i do this for 3 weeks i can loose 3 pounds
i have lost about 4lbs with what im doing now
but its too slow and i have the modivation to keep up at it, i just need it!

What!? 5'8 135lbs does not sound bad, Even if you are a small framed woman, 135lbs in a normal range!. But if you are only eating 1000 calories a day and burning 500 you are not getting enough calories to really keep your body running properly!. It is a dangerous thing to do at any age for an extended period, but at 15 while you are developing, it is horrible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Swimming is a great way because its summer!. 1 Hour to 45 min of reg intensity swimming can burn about 500 calories!.

But listen, don't overwork yourself because your body will adjust to this, and NOT burn any calories!. Instead it will try to save calories!. Work out on random days of the week and surprise your body!. Good luck my friend : )Www@Answer-Health@Com

i just petal the bike for about an hour everyday watching tv, and burn about 600 calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
