cardio doesn't build muscle, you have to use progressive resistance for that!. the angle only helps to vary the intensity of exercise!. the higher the intensity of exercise the greater the increase in the resting metabolic rate there will be in the hours after exercise, where real fat loss takes places!. exercise isn't supposed to be easy!. if you are heart healthy you need to exercise at high levels of intensity for 60-80 minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
