Vitamin B?!


Question: Vitamin B!?
My metabolism is all messed up and I've heard that taking vitamin B could help!. Which kind do I get!? B1, B2, B6, B12 etc

Also, how often do I take it!? Once a day, twice a day, once a week!.!.!.!?

I've never taken vitamins on a daily basis before so I'm pretty new at this!.!.!.any help would be much appreciated!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Vitamin B6 and B12 once a day!. If you go to the grocery store they sell them and get more then the daily dose!.!.!. get the maximum amount you can find in each!.
I was on a diet plan called Medizone where I got a Vitamin B 12 and B 6 shot once a week and then took the vitamins everyday and my metabolism was through the roof fast and I also lost quite a bit of weight!.
Oh and it put me in a really good mood and you get kind of a rush when you take it but it just boosted my energy all day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not one for taking suppliments!. I think you can get everything you need from the food you eat!. All the vitamin Bs can be found in fruits, veggies and enriched whole grain breads!. Eating a healthy regular diet also helps regulate your matabolism!. drink plenty of water too!. But if you were to take any vitamin, take a multivitamin once every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is important to take vitamins and minerals every day!. The reason why is because our food doesn't have them like they use to!. So, just eating food will not give you the nutrients you need!.

Your metabolism is controlled by your hormones!. Your thyroid is very involved in this!. You could be iodine deficient!. Take a balance of vitamins and minerals!. This is the best way!.
