i need to lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks its summer and im willing to work HARD! even all dayy! i have access to a pool and im going to start eating healthy!. my aunt is comimg here and she always bothers me about my weight [shes coming here from israel] and i want her to see a NEW me no more belly fat now im 133 5'1 i want to be 120 but the last 3 pounds i can do on my own! =] =] =] =] =] =] thanks please no answers like "its not healthy"Www@Answer-Health@Com
