Question: Food that doesnt make you bloat!?
i'm wearing a tight dress out to a birthday party tomorrow and i dont want a belly bulge showing through!. what should i eat during the day to make sure i dont get bloated!? i was thinking oatmeal for breakfast, yogurt for snack, chicken salad and an apple for lunch, and a salad w/ hard boiled egg for dinner!. sometimes when i drink too much water my stomach gets bloated!.!.!. so how much should i drink throughout the day!? any specific food i should eat or should i cut anything out!? thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com
