your diet needs proteins, and u need to just keep at it!. also know that people have different bone structures that are rated on like a 1-5 scale i think, and if u have a skinnier bone structure naturally like me, then u probably wont put on as much weight and build as big a muscle as someone with a larger bone mass!. but you can workout and be seriously sculpted, and i would rather be fit and sculpted than a big giant meathead that cant bend over or touch their arms behind their backs!. always stretch before and after a workout and give yourself rest days between workouts so your muscles dont get too many microtears!. muscle build when they get microtears and your body uses proteins to build more muscle fiber to repair them, but if u dont rest, those microtears will become serious tears!. its not fun, and then u cant work out for weeks sometimes and that will set u back even more!. eat well, have a good routine, and dont overdo it!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
