if you eat chocolate and junky foods like that can you still lose weight if you're working out?

Your body would burn off an average 1,800 calories a day, depending on your weight, height, and age with no exercise. So that means you have 1,200 calories extra. You have to burn 1,700 calories through exercise (meaning you burned an extra 500 calories) a day for 7 days a week to lose a pound in a week.
