How soon before bed should I stop my work out routine?!


Question: How soon before bed should I stop my work out routine!?
If I work out for 30 minutes an hour before I go to bed, will I not be able to sleep!? Or will it HELP me to sleep!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suggest you reconcider your workout at night!. Because your metabolism is increased after you work out!. for about 8-9 hours!. That cardio!. if u strength train its 48 hours!.!.!. but once you go to sleep you lose that benefit because your body goes into a catabolic state and your metabolism and heart rate slows down!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'd say about 30 minutes to 1 hour!. working out makes your body start pumping, and starts leaving you breathless!.
although you may feel exhausted, your body has been worked up!. give it 30 minutes for the exhaustedness kick in and knock you to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

what's true for someone else may not be so for you!. experiment to see if/how much it interferes with your falling asleep!. I find that morning exercise is better because I'm an early riser and like to go to bed early, but everyone is different in their needs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should allow at the minimum, 2-3 hours before sleeptime! It will not help you to sleep; it can interrupt your sleep-pattern!. Make some 'switches' in your daily schedule so you have 'quiet-time before bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i say about 2 hours after you excercise, because you need to give the body more time to settle down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

at least 2 hours before sleep is what is recommended!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
