I want to lose thigh weight and stomach weight plz help?!


Question: I want to lose thigh weight and stomach weight plz help!?
1) i am 12 years old and i weigh 98lb

2) i usually eat wht my schools has for lunch sometimes some snack!.

3) i never eat breackfast!. i don't have time!. i start school at 8:15 and i usually wake up at 7:30 am and sleep at sometimes 11 or 11:30!.

4)i have just started on a diet and im not sure wht kind of drinks and foos i should eat!.

5) i some times play badminton!. i play with my grandparents, my mom and sometimes my grandma's sister!. i have to younger sibling that r both under the age of 2, so its hard sometimes to find time to play badminton!.

6) my grandma's sister watches my siblings while everyone esls works!.

7) they usually get home at 7 maybe a little later!.

8) i eat dinner sometimes at night like at 10 or 9

wht can i do to lose some of my stomach and thigh weights and maybe get some abs!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!.) your not that heavy anyways!.
2!.) start bringing a lunch, the school lunch has so many perservatives and are fatning!. (pack the night before school)
3!.) NO EXCUSES!! thats what gaines weight, you are suppose to eat breakfast, actually not eating breakfast causes you to gain weight!. Eat a healthy bowl of cereal or a scrambled egg, wake up earlier or ask your mom to get it ready for you!.
4!.) Eat have of what you eat now(unless you hardly eat anything) and eat healthier, instead of chips have some carrots or a granola bar!. (ALWAYS LOOK AT NUTRITION LABELS)
5!.)keep up badminton!. And maybe more other hobbies!. Keep active
6!.) Umm ok!? lol
7!.)Bring a dinner or snack there so you can eat earlier
8!.) never eat that late!! always try to eat a 4-6!. Or at least 3 hours before you go to sleep!. You need to give your stomach time to digest!.

And your weight is pretty good for your age anyways, so dont worry about it that much!.
