Question: What did all you guys eat today!?

breakfast~
-cereal
-fat free (skim) milk

lunch~
-PB&J sandwich on white (i normally have wheat)
-yogurt

dinner~
-hamburger (from the grill, not fast food)
-cheese noodles
-peas
-more milk (fat free)

1st meal: 4 eggs, toast, 1 glass of milk, 1 glass of orange juice, banana
2nd meal:Turkey and cheese sandwich with a cesar salad, Gatorade
3rd:Protein shake ~900 calories
4th:Bowl of soup, london broil, bread, rice, broccoli, onions, and carrots, Iced tea
5th:2 bowls of cherios with milk
Snack:Some cake and more milk

I am very active with sports and weight lifting, so I am always hungry and try to eat plenty to keep up with my activity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I started a diet i made up today!.!.!.!.

i wrote down the number of calories that i ate 2day on my hand, so when i want to eat, i look at my hand, and ask myself do you wana get fat!?

so, usually i eat around 1800 calories a day!.!.!.

in the morning!.!.!. i woke up really late at 11;30,
ate cherrios and milk which was together 260 calories!.!.
then, for lunch, at 1:30 i cut up a giant red pepper, and then dipped in caesar dressing!. 80 calories!.
for dinner, im cooking right now, pasta, and with the tomatoe sauce its 350 calories!.!.

today was amazing for me, a total of 710, give or take a few calories!.!.
and i didn't have the urge to eat!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

(field trip today at Waterslides)
at about 12!.!.!. like 5 of my friends french fries (bored!.!. waiting for her to finish)
at 12:30!.!.!. a bite of my friends Icecream cone!.!. (I just wanted a bite)
at 2!.!.!. 3/4 cup pasta salad (Hungrey)
at 5!.!. a 1 scoop icecream cone (We were walking on the beach, and Everyone else had one)
and at 7!.!. 1 cup more pasta salad!. (dinner-hungrey)Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am 5'7, male, 215 lbs!. i ate 1 egg and 2 egg whites, cheeseburger, peanut butter sandwich, another peanut butter sandwich, tuna and protein shake all throughout the day until this exact point!. i eat because i am hungry, there is no stress/anger/ or bordem involved!.!.!.hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
