Question: What is the best way to get bigger for next years football season!?!?(protein)!?
im 15 and in summer practice for highschool football!!
i have 3month to get "big" before season starts!! we lift for about an hour and practice(running,drills,conditioning) for another 2hours!! i play OL/DL and lang snapper!!! im hopeing to make it on varsity this year but i have alot of "compitition!!
what can i take(protein) to make me the best i can be!?!?

Honestly dont believe the hype you get at gnc!.!.!. You wont get HUGE just cause of their protein!.!.!.!. its all a wate of money!.!.!.

My suggestion is that you get some chicken breast cook it up each day and start eating it between meals!.!.!.!. a nice lean protein package like that would b e perfect!.!.!.!.!. i assume you are in the weight room already so this combo will get you bigger and stronger!.!.!.!.!.!.

I would suggest eating steak, beef, anything with protein!. I would also suggest going to the gym 1-2hours a day 7 days a week!. Thats what my cousin did and he gained like 30 pounds of muscle so fast!. Also eat a protein bar for breakfast and before you go to the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
