Calorie intake question?!


Question: Calorie intake question!?
I'm trying to lose weight and I'm not able to put in much Excercise, I think I get a grand total of 15 to 30 min!. of cardio that is spread out over the daytime!. I've been kind of inconsistant with what I've been eating and was wondering what I should be getting in a normal day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

in calories you should be eating between 1500-2000 calories if you planning on losing weight and as for exercise you should try to exercise at least an hour a day even if it means waking up a little earlier or spreading it out over the day,personally i find a jump rope to be a great workout and you can do pushups/situps/crunches when you wake up and before you go to bedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ahh!.!.!.the age old question!. It is not that difficult really!. Take in less calories than you burn off and bingo you lose weight!. If you exercise little to none at all then you need little to no caloric intake (say 1100 calories)!. If you are like me and like to drink beer, eat chips and have fun - well then , you need to exericse an immense amount to burn off all the junk you put in!. I generally do an hour of cardio a day and I should do more considering my bad diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Under 800 calories for a women is under eating, so 800!. Go with the bare minimum!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
