Doing push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, and dips for 2 months?!


Question: Doing push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, and dips for 2 months!?
Will doing what I listed above for 2 months, each every night/morning or both, make any differences in my body, if so, what!? Yes, I will be eating lots of protein and eating healthy!.

The reason is, I'm going to Europe for 2 months, doing a lot of traveling this summer!. So obviously, there is no time for the gym!. :( I guess maybe this will get me ready for the gym for when I come back!.

Anyways, I'll repeat!.!.!.will doing push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, and dips for 2 months do anything to my body to make it look better!? If yes, what!?

Any recommendations on how many reps/sets!?

In addition to what you have listed, you might try getting resistance bands & doing some of the exercises in your room!. They are like very large rubber bands & come in three different resistances!. They pack in a single Ziploc sandwich bag, so they can go anywhere!. There are lots of exercises to build/keep muscle tone, but no cardio!.
