Will the plan below be enough to get me relatively fit?!


Question: Will the plan below be enough to get me relatively fit!?
I'm a 22yr old male who's just quit smoking and booze!. I'd say I was unfit but not drastically so!.

I now want to be a RN Diver!. To do this you have to be very fit, almost to the same standard as Royal Marines!.

Here is my general fitness plan, I'd appreciate any comments and estimates as to how long, very roughly, it would take me to get a little fitter than average!

Day 1: 2!.2 mile run around local lanes (time at present around 18 minutes)!. Then press-ups and sit-ups throughout the day, about 100 of each!.

Day 2: 20 lengths of local pool!.

I alternate day by day, have Saturdays off, and go for a short hike on Sundays!.

hmm, well you might be able to do that for about a week untill you get bored and go back to old habbits, try and get someone who wants to get fit also to do it with you, but if you are one of those really motivated people dont forget to eat right aswel, a proper diet goes hand in hand with any exercize regime, you dont need to get to fancy, just lots vegies with meat - 3 meals with 1 smaller meals in between each!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
