No doubt organic oats give you a high quantity of protein,higher than other cereals,a good amount of dietary fiber-both, soluble fiber which may help to reduce cholesterol and insoluble fiber providing roughage and important bulk in the digestive system which helps to protect the intestines troubled by intake of fast foods etc!.Besides it contains carbohydrates,some vitamins and minerals!.Its a low cal food giving about 350kcal per 100 gm!.varying from brand to brand!.To get proper energy each day no one can consume half a kg!.or more oats meal day after day!.No single food can give all the nutrients to maintain all the body functions in a healthy state,not even oatmeal!.One can eat oatmeal for years together but in combination with other foods as a well balanced diet to lead a longer,health er and quality life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As a total diet, not healthy!. That is alot of carb intake without very much protein intake!. I know that eating it for breakfast every morning for a month helps lower cholesterol which is great!. As for a diet, it really lacks nutrients that your body needs in order to burn fat!. If you do plan on doing this, make sure you take a daily multivitamin as well as adding products like GNC Maximum Green and GNC Maximum fruits!. Two pills of these a day should give you the nutrients needed to help replace the nutrients your diet will be lacking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Very unhealthy as you diet should consist of various things, such as nutritions, fibre, Vitamins, Minerals etc!. Eat a high fibre breakfast (wheetabix with Blueberries and semi Milk) lunch have some fruit after a meal (chicken breast salad, turkey breas salad etc) and for dinner just have a soup or so!. thats completley unhealthy!. your not getting enough nutrients, your just consuming carbs and energy!. you need fruits, veggies, lean protein, non fat dairy, and whole grains!. Portion control all your foods and exercise 30 min everyday!. also drink lots of water :) now thats being healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com

It would be awfully boring!.!.!.!.plus if that's all you are eating, it's a lot of carbs!. Good fiber too, but lots of carbs which can be a big problem if you have trouble with your blood sugar!.

It's always best to have variety in your diet!. You get different vitamins and nutrients from different foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

look, im nothing against this oatmeal diet!. but take a multivitamin and some fruits when you're at it!. ive personally tried this, but only on a 2 week cycle!. it went well, i lost 4 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it isnt healthy to eat just oatmeal for 30 days!. you got to eat all the types of foods from the food pyramid!. to stay healthy!. unless you are anerexic!. then oatmeal wont burn when it comes back up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
