How many calories should i eat?

Hey, I am a 21 yr old female , 5'5" and i weigh 113 . i just recently lost alot of weight . I work out 5 days a week. If i burn 200- 300 calories per session how many calories do i need to maintain my weight. also what if i burn more such as today I did interval training on the elliptical. for 35 minutes . the machine says i burned about 400-430 but i know it must be a bit less. so how many calories do i need to maintain cus today i ate 2000 and was wondering that is too much. thanx for your answers.

i've heard that you eat the calories of your ideal weight. so if you want to weigh 115 pounds, you would eat 1150 calories per day. 2000 calories would be too much if you weren't working out. for most women, the recommended daily caloric intake is 1200 calories. go to shape.com for more tips and good luck :)
