Answers:
Online body fat calculators cannot accurately measure your body fat!. It's best to get your body fat measured professionally by callipers, hydrostatic weighing or DXEA!.

What is your fitness level, are you very athletic, do you have a six pack!. These factors could help identify which of those would be closest to your actual body fat percentage!.!.!.!.!.but then again they might all be way off!. I'm hoping you are not at 11%-13% because this is very low body fat for a female and could seriously intefere with your menstrual cycle!.

Body Fat Percentage Females:

Essential Body Fat: 10%-12%
Athletes/Body Builders: 14%-18%
Fit/Lean: 20%-24%
Average: 26%-28%
Overfat: 30%-32%
Obese: 34% plusWww@Answer-Health@Com

Unless you are very very very thin, the bottom two are wrong!. That does not mean that the top one is right either!. Most online calculators are way off, its not a good measure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
