Question: Building Muscle, Getting Stronger Quick Legally and Safe!?
Im about 5'7" under 120 lbs
i max out on bench at about 70

im an athlette and i needa get srtogn quick but safly with no side affects

any advice

The only thing I can recommend to you is to lift heavy enough that you can only do between 8-10 reps and 3-4 sets,with rest and a proper diet!.Also depending on genetics "quick" can be anywhere between 3 months and longer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Only option is use high weights and low reps when working out!. Eat a lot of calories a day, meals high in protein!.

Take 3 servings of protein powder spaced throughout the day!.
Start loading on creatine (Take 25g a day for a week, spaced out in 2 or 3 servings!.) and then maintain creatine by having 5g a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
