Question: How can i drop 10-15 pounds, or as much as possible by july 2nd!?
i'm 135pounds 5'2" and 17!. my friend is visiting Europe and will be back on that date!. i want to surprise her!. plz plz plz help! no lectures on how losing weight fast is bad!. i'm sick of those!. 10pts for best answerWww@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise everyday!. If there's a pool nearby, you could swim laps!. If not, you could go running around your neighborhood!.
Do some crunches too!.
You also need to eat healthy!.!.!. So if you want to lose a lot of weight quickly, you should probably cut out all the obvious junk food, sodas, and desserts!. Dairy usually has a lot of fat in it, as does meat, so if you went vegan or vegetarian (at least until July 2nd) you'd probably lose a lot of weight!. I did when I went vegan!.
Eat lots of fruits and veggies, and drink a bunch of water!. If you have a problem with snacking, get some carrots or celery to snack on, because those are both very low calorie!. Also, you could try cutting out a lot of the carbs you eat, like potatoes and bread!. (Especially white bread, which is horrible for you!) I've heard that grapefruits speed up your metabolism, too, so you could try eating a grapefruit half a day!. It only has 35 calories!.

Good luck meeting your goal!! Just remember that if you go back to eating the way you did before, after your friend leaves, you'll gain all the weight back, and when you gain weight that quickly, it can redistribute itself in ways that look worse than before!.!.!. so don't do that! Well, if you're completely insistent on destroying your body, why not just stop eating all together!?

"No lectures on how losing weight fast is bad" don't be ignorant and immature!. Losing more than 2 pounds a week is tough on your body!. Just drop to a 1200 calorie diet and work out as much as possible, especially walking!. You'll lose whatever amount of weight your body wants to lose and you should be happy about it!.

Get it into your head now that your body deserves better treatment than that!. Eat right and exercise regularly and weight will never be a problem!. Get the idea of quick fixes out of your head!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could, but not in a healthy way!.

The safest approach to weight loss as 1-2 pounds per week!.!.!.!.which would put you around a 6 pound loss in 3 weeks!.

But keep in mind numbers are deceiving!. If you lose FAT it will probably make you look and feel better and cut off more inches!. If you just lose water-weight and muscle you will A) gain it back very quickly, B) probably feel crappy, and C)Probably not lose any inches!.

I'm sorry but it sounds like you are afraid of the truth!.And I'm here to give you a TRUE,honest answer: You Can't!.
Your body needs time to adjust to the the fact that it's losing weight!.I mean really adjust and accept it!.Losing 10 pounds can take at LEAST 5 weeks healthfully!. 2 pounds for each week!.

But if you WANT to hurt your body I'm not going to help you nor will I support you and tell you how!.I agree with Phoenix: Princess of Darkness!.

sorry, you wont be able to do that! I would give you a lecture, but do not have time! You need to understand what comprises your weight!. First there is muscle, then water, then fat!. those are the only things that make up your weight!. Well, unless you believe, and you really shouldn't think so, that you have too much muscle, you never want to lose that! If you are retaining water Thur a poor high sodium diet, you can lose some water weight!. ! gallon of water =8lbs, 1/2 gallon is 4lbs, 1 quart is 2 lbs, 1 pint is 1 lb!. However, you still wont lose a terrible amount of weight there unless you are very obese, which you are not!. The 3rd is fat!. To lose fat, 1 pound of fat =3500 calories! most people can lose 1-2lbs per week! That's it! So it will be impossible to lose what you want to lose unless you want to lose your muscle instead of losing fat! Sorry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have no clue if it will work but I have suggestions that you probably have thought of!.!.!.!.

No soda
No fast food
No sugar cereals
No sweets/snacks
Eat fruits and veggies
Drink Plenty Of Water
Drink Skim Milk
Drink Tea (without sugar)
Switch to Whole Wheat Bread or 7 Grain
Eat Brown Rice (not white)
Eat often so you don't feel hungry so often!.!.!.!.When you feel hungry try drinking a glass of water and wait half an hour!.!.if ur still hungry then, then eat something

Go Jogging/Running/Walking every day!.!.!.!.or some sort of exercise that gets ur heart pumping (I lost 3 lbs jogging/running on week!.!.!.!.hope it keeps coming off)!. I too want to surprise my family because I'm leaving to see them on July 1st!.!.!.

tae bo works really well
it burns 800 calories an hour and it has some what easy excersies
green tee(no sugar)
vergatble(with out all the butter)
not to many fruits becasue they do have lots of natural sugars!.!. its good to eat just dont make it all u eat
lots of hot water
oh and around 100-200 sit ups every night

Fast Food
Fried Foods
Carbs (Breads, pastas, etc)

Eat lots of steamed veggies and grilled fish or chicken!.
