I'm trying to lose weight, I just can't stop snacking?!


Question: I'm trying to lose weight, I just can't stop snacking!?
Okay, well I wanna lose some weight before school starts!. Exercise is!.!.!.okay, but the snacks are the worst!. My family owns a restaurant and we have like NO healthy food here!. Pretty much just carrots!. I always wake up saying I'm not going to eat junk, but then I end up in bed thinking about the bowl of ice cream, snickers, and the slice of pizza I ate!. How do I stop!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You just have to stop!. Imagine it clogging your arteries, settling on your abs/thighs/butt and making your skin dull and lifeless!. Then imagine healthy fruits and vegetables making you thin, full of energy and happy!. Hope it helps, snacking is hard to overcome!
Also, try eating ice cubes or drinking cold water when you're feeling hungry or bored and want to snack!. Sometimes I sip on carbonated water and it makes me feel kind of bloated and I wouldn't want to eat anything at that time!.!.!.!. Plus its just carbonation making me bloated, not any calories!. You're not drinking soda are you!? That's "liquid satan" according to the "skinny bitches"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink a lot of water, and control your portions!. If you want pizza have half a slice, and if you want ice cream have a small scoop!. Ask your parents to buy some healthy food like vegetables, or even just buy some microwave vegetable soups for you!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
