How to overcome extreme exercise fatigue when doing leg exercises (particularly hamstrings)?
When I do other parts of the body, I get normal soreness, but with legs, especially hamstrings it's like energy is being sucked out of me.
Usually exercise about 2-3 times a week 30-60 minutes strength training.
Any body can help?
Answers:
Bananas or a pre-workout supplement that reduces lactic acid which is what causes soreness. Remember not to skimp on the stretching.
