How do i ask my doctor for adipex?

im 16 and want to lose weight im not fat i just want to lose weight i need to get back into my size 6 jeans cuz none of my jeans fit me anymore. please dont say its not a good idea or anything like that i know what im getting my self into.
i don need others to criticise me.
