Question: How to become motivated and lose weight!?
I have a pretty good body, and I'm strong!. The problem is, I want to get down my body fat!. I can tell I have pretty good ab muscles, but it is annoying when I sit down to have like a pouch!. :[ I need advice on how to avoid sweets as well!.!.!. any ideas of what to eat would be awesome! :D Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
