Counting how much protein i eat...?!


Question: Counting how much protein i eat!.!.!.!?
I am counting how much protein i eat a day to make sure i have enough i aim for 120g dont tell me thats too much or not my doctors gave me the plan they want me to gain weight but would i count stuff like a bagel as protein also or just a carb cuz it has like 12g of protein in it is it like a different kind of protein!.!.!.and last thing does anyone know which protein is better to have whey or animal like from meat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dude Nicole is an Idiot!.!.!.trust me, doctors know more about food than she ever will!. And If you're looking to Gain weight an increase in protein will help build the mass muscle!. I eat builders Bars made by CLIF, I also take casein powder which is taken before bed at night!. Don't increase your calorie intake this will make you fat, increase your protein to a level that is right for you, and your style of working out!. If you're taking dietary protein its a good idea to increase vitamin B6 in order for the protein to be metabolized and ultimately utilized in the body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you count protein from everything you eat, the best protein comes from animals like chicken, turkey, lean pork, lean beef are the most important protein comes from animals like fish, chicken, turkey, lean beef, lean pork whey protein comes from eggs, you should eat 1g of protein per lb of lean body mass you have!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whey is absorbed faster & is best in the AM and right after you work out!.
