Question: I am 125 pounds and want to lose weight!.!?
here's the thing!. I am tall and skinny already, 125 pounds!. I am already underweight, but my skin isn't as tight as I want it to be!. Don't judge!. All I want to know is this!. It's Tuesday, do you think by working out for 6 hours a day that I will look noticably smaller by Friday!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to help your skin, eat fruits and vegetables I know broccoli is one vegetable that is suppose to be super good for skin and try mixed nuts for the omega 3!. If you do some light weight lifting like 5 to 10 pounds 30 minutes a day you'll get the look you want!. You will get a nice tone under your skin and it will help your skin tighten (ever watched biggest loser those 500lb people don't have any lose skin when there done)!. Women don't bulk up when they lift weights we don't have the testosteronee for it the only way you would get bulk from lifting weights is if you take steroids or testosteron shots!. Ok, if your skin isnt tight, you want to tone it!. Losing more weight only makes it worse!.
For toning, do resistance work, grab a resistance band and start doing!. Also, you might want to tone your legs by this:
Lay down and lift one of your legs!.
Hold for 5 secs!.
Repeat 50 times for each leg!.

You can find a lot of resistance work on the net!.
And 6hours is too much, your muscules need to rest, try 2-3 hours instead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To lose weight too fast is very unhealthy!. Try doing some light weight lifting!. Many women think they will get too muscular if they lift weights, but this is not true!. Try doing multiple reps with light weights for a couple of weeks!. You will notice a big difference!. If you are already underweight you shouldn't lose anymore!. Take it from me, as I too am underweight!. But I have lots of lean muscle mass also from lifting weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hon, if your "skin isn't as tight" as you want it to be, you are only going to make it WORSE by losing more weight!.

And if you are already "tall and skinny" you don't WANT to lose weight, you want to BUILD MUSCLE!.

Actually losing more weight will make your skin loser not tighter!. If you want to tighten up your skin you should be drinking milk (getting your recommended calcium)!. Maybe a body wrap before the event!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
