My favorite is oatmeal!. I would suggest making your own!. Usually the prepackaged ones have added sugars but you can get them with less sugar!. Here is my favorite way to make it and it is really filling too:
1/2 c dry oatmeal
1/4 c skim milk
1/2-3/4 c water (depending on how thick you like your oatmeal)
1-2 T crushed pecans or walnuts
1/3 c each blueberries and raspberries (fresh or frozen), sliced bananas optional
dash or two each of cinnamon, ginger, salt
2 tsp splenda or two packets of Equal sweetner
Mix all together in a medium sized bowl!. Microwave 3-1/2 minutes!. Sometimes I sprinkle a little bit of Fiber One on top for an added crunch!. It is really healthy for you and very tasty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
