Is an hour a day of cardio enough to burn fat?!


Question: Is an hour a day of cardio enough to burn fat!?
I know I have to watch what I eat and all also!. But to me an hour just doesn't seem like too much, but I read that if you do more than that it will tear down muscle and you will be more prone to getting injured!. I use an elliptical and exercise bike both for 30 minutes!. If I use those 5 times a week, how long until I could possibly see results!? I've never lost weight before so I don't know the time frame to start seeing results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well the key to burning fat is not only how long you work out, but how hard you work out!. Say you walk for an hour, you wouldnt be doing as much if you ran for 30 minutes!. MY advice to to do around an hour or hard fast paced work and break a sweat!. you should then see resultesWww@Answer-Health@Com
