You're already at a very healthy weight! In fact, you're pretty much perfect!. Don't lose any more weight - tons of people would kill to be at your BMI!. Besides, you're only 15!. There are much more important things you could be worrying about!. :)
The Special K diet is a very low calorie, high sugar plan in which you eat a lot of Special K cereal and cereal bars!. It will help you lose weight, but you'll gain it back promptly after quitting the diet!. Not to mention Special K is very overprocessed and not the best cereal out there for you!. Try Fiber One instead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The Special K Diet is one which Kellogs have invented to boost thier sales! The rules are, you eat one 30g bowl of Special K for breakfast, one for lunch and then eat a balanced meal in the evening!. It works because 30g of Special K is nothing so it dramtically reduces your calorie intake!. It is hard to stick to because firstly you will get very sick of Special K and secondly you will be very hungry!. It is only supposed to be for two weeks though!. I would also say this is not good in the long term!. Losing weight is difficult but keeping it off is even harder! If you did stick to this diet, one you have finished the two weeks chances are you would put it all back on again because in the long term you have not changed your eating plans!. Also, Special K is full of sugar!. If you were going to try a cereal diet i would try something much more filling such as 3 weetabix with fresh fruit on!. This will be much tastier, will stave off hunger and will help towards one of your 5 a day!.

If you are serious about losing weight i recommend you keep a food diary for one week!. Write down anything and everything you eat, that way you will be able to see if you are overeating or eating too many unhealthy things!. Aim for 5 portions of fruit and veg a day, cut out crisps, chips, fizzy drinks, sugary snacks, pastry, sweets and chocolate, not entirely but cut down!. Also watch out for cereal bars as they are packed with sugar! Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Basically you eat a serving of Special K for two meals (generally breakfast and lunch), then you have a well balanced dinner!. You can have two snacks of one Special K bar each!. REMEMBER, a serving is only about an ounce of cereal!

Yes, you can lose weight because you are eating so few calories, BUT it is VERY unhealthy and you will gain all the weight back once you start eating normally again!.

Better to just eat a well balanced healthy diet all the time!.

Besides which, why do you want to lose weight!? You are a perfectly healthy weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's a 'diet' that involved eating Special K cereal products!. You are supposed to use them to substitute two meal per day and then eat one health blanced normal meal!.

My opinion, just hype to sell Special K products and not particularly well balanced, you would be beter off eating a regular balanced calorie controlled diet with plenty of fresh fruit and veggies and reduce your intake of processed and refined foods which tnd to be high in sugar, salt and fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
