Emergency - how can I lose 15-20 lbs. in one month?

Okay, spare me the lecture on how unhealthy rapid weightloss is, and how I'll gain it all back. I know this. That's FINE if I gain it all back, even if I gain MORE back. I only need it for one temporary purpose - but it's an emergency and needs to be done. Please don't answer if you're going to lecture me on the alternative wonderful healthy weightloss, etc. I already know all that. I am breaking the rules right now and just need to know how to possibly lose 15-20 [preferably 20] lbs. in one month. Not 5, not 10 - TWENTY. Any tips, please? The more specific the better. Obviously I know 'diet and exercise' are key elements here. What kind of diet? What sort of exercise? And for the people who are going to say 'starve yourself, cut off a body part, or get liposuction'.....no. Come on guys, real help would be great, and is very much needed. Once again I realize and acknowledge that this is neither healthy nor smart- but it's my own choice and it needs to be done! So please! Help? Thanks.

I started atkins a week ago. I have lost 7 lbs so far. It is a ***** the first 2 days you feel like **** . you dont realize how addicted to sugars you are. Then Like the diet says one day you feel more energy, it is true im so entergetic now its awsome. go to http://atkins.com. The whole diet is on there for free i bought the book but everything in his book is on the site. so in 4 weeks you should be able to loose the 20 lbs.
