Question: Is my diet good do I need to change something!?
Breakfest
*oatmeal-no sugar/glass of water
Luch
*egg sandwitch/weat bread
Dinner
*Salad!. I'm going to take a 45 walk in the morining!. Then I'm going to do a 30 min workout with the biggest loser!. I have the DVD's!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are not eating NEARLY enough!. you are starving yourself!. this sounds like MAX 500 calories!. you need at LEAST 1200 (maybe more depending on your size) and the more you exercise the more you need!.

add in two snacks in between breakfast and lunch, then in between lunch and dinner!. Even if its carrot sticks or an apple!. Keep up with those raw fruits or vegie's as snacks!. Otherwise, looks great!.
Also try and mix it up alittle, you'll get super bored of the same foods all the time!. Like in the morning sometimes have a granola bar or a yogurt instead of oatmeal!.
and so forth!. Just try and stay around 1200 cal!. and you'll be good to go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's best to eat about 5-6 small meals during the day!. Like between breakfast and lunch I eat a about 150-200 calorie snack and then before I go to the gym (around 4:00) I will eat a protein bar!. That way your body doesn't get to the really hungry stage and your blood sugar wont spike!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need carbs with your evening meal, and either try adding tuna or chicken otherwise you wont have any engergy!.
try snacking on fruit!.

try not to make your deit too strict otherwise you'll get fed up and bored pretty quicky, you can treat yourself sometimes!.

maybe a bigger breakfast!. You will stay fuller longer!. And eating a big breakfast can actually be helpful for losing weight!.!.!.if thats what your trying to do!.

Plus, try chicken in your salad!. You need more protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
