immediatly after training-24g whey protein and 3 slices of white bread with 2-3 servings of either pasta or riceWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
it may be hard to believe, but low fat chocolate milk is best!. It has the best ratio of fat, carbs, sugars, and protein that will help restore your body, rather than crash it with refined sugars!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its alright!. try two scoops of whey immediately after your workout!. then about an hour after the workout, eat a nice whole supper, with a big serving of meat (preferably chicken breast or steak), some rice or pasta, and a vegetable!. whey after the workout is preferable, because your muscles are in need of a quick absorbing protein in order to recover and grow, and the supper is just mandatory anyway!. just try to keep a protein ratio of about 1-1!.5g per pound in your body, and eat clean and you'll make great progress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is not a good meal to eat after a work out, the whey is good because protein is a main source of food for your muscles, but all of those starches- you should eat something with nutritional value to it!. I always eat a small salad(help with digestion), a piece of meal(extra protein, add a little salt to replace what you lost while sweating), 1/2 of a fruit(to replace sugar), and one serving of starchWww@Answer-Health@Com

It depends what time it is!. I train at night, so I try to stay away from that much carbs before bed!. It's hard to say and varies I think for each person!. If I eat late for a few weeks because of say, a change in lifestyle (work hours) I can tell that my diet is mis-timed and not working as well as I'd like!.

But if you are training in the morning to evening, that is a good post workout meal!. It's a good amount of carbs and protein (once again, the gram intake of protein is derived from your body weight)!.

have a look at this!.!.!.

No, white bread sux for restoring glycogen!. Instead try a weight gainer they have a perfect carb/protein ratio!. I use True Mass by BSN its rocks! If you want to go for a whole meal eat a sweet potato with a 6 oz piece of steak or chicken!.

Best way is first a liquid meal, then 30 minutes later a whole food meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know this is an odd answer, but have you played the video game GTA 4, you remind me of a charector on that game named Brucie!. And the meal you described is a good meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
