i dont see how it could hurt unless your afraid of hat hair,
it can actually be beneficial if its a hard hat or a bike helmet, just keep that in mind too :)

The main danger in wearing a hat too often it premature baldness!.It disallows oxygen flow!.!.which studies have found can cause premature baldness!.
So if you sre prone to wearing hats!.!.Make them cotton breathable or vented!.!.!.!.!.and try not wearing 'all ' the time!.!.
