Question: Hey!.!.!. I need help!?
Yes i am a 13 year old girl and am very short for my age!.!.!. Well i go to tumbling ang i'm in shape and all it's just!.!.!.!.!.
Okay i have like upper abs and i kinda got middle abs, but i just cannot get good lower abs!.!.!. i mean i'm pretty skinny but i still got a lil flab in the lower area lol so if anybodyas any exersces to tell me or any i deas!.!.!.!. that would be great =)

Find a small exercise ball, or get your parents to buy you one if you can't!.

Laying on your back on the floor, put the ball under your butt!. Holding your legs together and straight out from your self, slowly raise them until they are pointing straight up in the air!. Hold for a few seconds, than slowly lower them and repeat 20 times or so!. This will get the center of your lower abs, and should do reasonably well on the sides of them, too!. If it doesn't get the sides enough, you can add in the following!. Starting in the same position, slowly raise one leg at a time up and inward toward the center of your body, with your knee slightly bent!. Hold, then slowly lower and repeat like 10-15 times per side!.

Don't get too obsessive!. You're young, you're still growing, and it sounds like you're good and healthy!.

Chances are it's because you're 13!. Don't worry about it now, and don't compare yourself to the airbrushed pictures in magazines!. If you're healthy and strong, that's all that matters!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
