Question: How does this sound!? I need your help!!!!?
I am trying to diet!.!.!. So, for breakfast I had 2 egg whites and 1 regualr egg with red peppers chopped in it!. I also had half a bananna and one cup of coffe with about 1/16 cup of milk and 3 splenda packets!.
Is that a good start to my diet!?

I think that is a good start! Usually, you don't really need to watch the amount of food you eat for breakfast, because you need a lot of stamina for the rest of the day!.
My advise to you is to just lay off of the fatty foods, and continue with that diet, you can even have more food for breakfast!. If you are starting this diet from eating a lot usually, it's not going to work out for you as nicely, because if you don't eat as much for breakfast, you are going to feel more hungry later on!.
