Why did i gain weight?!
Question: Why did i gain weight!?
okay so im 5'5" and i weigh 130!.i play soccer and basketball so a lot of that is muscle!. this week is jam packed for me!. Sunday i had 2 hours of soccer then 3 hours of basketball!. yesterday i had 1 1/2 hours helping lil kids basketball 3 hours of my own basketball and 1 1/2 hours of soccer!. today and thursday i have the lil kids bball for the same time and my own for the same time!. tomorrow i have 6 basketball games!.!.!.so i know im getting enough exercise!.!.!.but this morning i looked and i gained 2 pounds! i have no clue how and i dont think its muscle cuz i already have alot of that!. and i eat healthy! any help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's just muscle!. or even water weight!. sometimes women can gain a few lbs a week due to their period!. it's not abnormal!. the scale will hardly ever stay on the exact same number!. actually sounds like you are getting too much exercise!. take it easy and get some time for yourself!. stress also causes weight gain even if you are working out!Www@Answer-Health@Com
