and i already walk and jog 2 miles everyday!.
and i also do some of pushups, situps, and alot of exercise
but i still weigh 207 ibs!.
but i dont look like it!. but i soooo badly want that body
and in time for school, and i know im not going to have that body in three months, but i hope before the years over, so please help me, AND NO SUPPLEMENTS, AND CHEMICALS!! i want to do it naturaly!.

i'm basically gonna tell u what the site says!. to get six pack and pecs and a nice body you have to do resistance, do interval training, and eat healthy!.

the guy whos the personal trainer that made the site has like a routine that you can do and how to do cardio to maximize fat loss and how to eat healthy to boost your metabolism through the roof!.

That body is impossible to get!. To get a 6 pack you need to get surgery!. Also, just exersize and eat healthy!. Your still growing!. Oh, and muscle weighs more than fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat properly!. try eating 1500 calories of good and nutritious food!. buy fiber one yogurt and fiber one cereal!. in the morning eat fiber one cereal with low fat milk or skim milk, and have a drink of water and a string cheese!. the next hour and a half, go biking for 5 miles, come home, rest for 30 minutes, then have a small snack like an orange or an apple!. do ab exersizes for an hour ( join a gym), and then come home and do whatever you want for 45 minutes!. then you can have lunch!. eat a boiled egg, a few slices of ham or turkey, and a bit of salmon!. then you go on a walk for 3 1/2 miles for 45 minutes, come home, rest for 15 minutes, then do whatever exersizes you want for the next hour!. have another snack (fiber one yogurt), and then do whatever exersizes to cool you down for the next hour and a half!. then do crunches, and situps for a half an hour, finishing off with dinner!. Have a healthy dinner full of fruit and vegetables and healthy foods!. make sure to drink 8 cups of water each day!. this will lose you about 15 pounds every 2 1/2 weeks so you can lose about 50 pounds by the end of the summer if you follow this and will sculpt muscle fast!. don't be ashamed if you dont see results for a while, because if you follow it the rest of the summer, you will definitely be much skinnier!. about 160 pounds and almost pure muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
