hey ankur!. u must learn the fact that simply losing wt!. may not give u a toned body, 4 dat u will have to do exercises!.!. but i know its a fast world and u may not get time, then here is a trick 4 u
*to a glass full of leukworm water, add 3-4 tbsp lemon juice n one tsp honey!. consume this early in the mornig as soon as u get up empty stomach!.
*soak WHITE JEERA in a glass full water!. the next day stain the jeera seeds and drink the extract!.
if u do these 2 things i bet u WILL lose wt!. n dat too very soon!.
n 1 more thing- dont go 4 a crush diet, instead eat lots of fibrous foods [avoid rice, oil, meat, maida n sugar]!.
