Question: Can i lose weight if I just sit in a hot car !?
If we sweat we lose weight right !? Well what if i just sat in a hot car for a while with a water bottle and just melt awayssome unwanted fat !? is that healthy !? or will i just die !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to lose weight is to eat a healthy diet low in calories and exercise!. Sitting around isn't going to do much, even if it is in a hot car where you will sweat!.

The sweating will cause you to lose a little weight due to water, which over time, will make you dehydrated!. Obviously, this is NOT healthy for you at all!. You will need to drink more water to replenish what you have sweated out, thus negating any weight you lost from sweating!.

If you want to lose fat, you need to do exercises and eat less!. Eating less will cause less fat buildup in your body and will cause your fat cells to not become bigger!.

Exercising will cause your body to convert your fat storage into energy so that you can move about!. The more you exercise, the less fat your fat cell will store, thus causing your fat cells to shrink and for you to lose weight!.
