Question: Breaking The Habit!?
For a long time i have struggled with weight!. There have been points in my life when i could lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks and other times when i wouldn't lose a single pound in one month!. Its hard for me to have a steady diet because eating 5 small meals a day makes me feel sick!. I try to drink water as much as i can but that never seems to help!. And i always drink green tea because its good and good for you!. Also, i would find it helpful if someone could tell me how to stay away from binging!. I did it alot but now its down to a minamal but i want it to stop completely!. Any tips, advice, and help is accepted!.

well I know how you feel!. you don't have to eat small meals all the time,But when ever you feel hungry, eat a fruits and vegtables and drink water or if you want green tea! and maybe in your scheduel you can take a brisk walk around your neighborhood!. Well, maybe, if you can't really stop the binging, you can eat one meal a day!. You can eat whatever and how much you want but do not eat anymore!. And also have a cheat day!. If you diet the whole week, at least have one day that you will allow yourself to eat anything you want!.

binging can definately ruin your metabolism so first you cut drinking and stay away from high cholesterol foods and sweet drinks!. For example, if you drink lipton green tea, its like taking 4 teaspoons of sugar per cup!. If its natural its ok!. Back to the topic, to stop drinking the easiest way is to get a hobby to replace your drinking!. Example: when you want to drink go draw or something!. From personal experiences, running is the best way to stop wanting to drink alcohol/smoke!. If you go outside and run instead of having a beer then not only will you lose weight but you will less likely have a beer when you get back!. Try it!. Hope it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
