If someone just randomely started working out, can they gain weight at the begin!

Question: If someone just randomely started working out, can they gain weight at the beginning!?
Answers:
Your almost guaranteed to gain some wait in the beginning because your body is burning fat to turn it into muscle!. So your weight gain in the beginning should be moderate, but after a few weeks of constant steady work out you should taper off a bit!. But if you don't keep it constant your body will start to get mixed signals and will eventually begin to tire out!. A good idea before you get on a normal work-out regiment would be to talk to a nutritionist!. You can find one at almost any gym, clinic, or hospital!.
Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your weight varies anyways!.!.!.depending on water retention,ect!.!.!.but yes its possible, lets be technically correct, muscle is denser than fat therefore for a given volume muscle is heavier than fat and you cannot turn muscle into fat,you can burn fat and build muscle!.That is if you consumed enough calories to maintain your mass and build muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Definitely!. That's usually how it works!. Muscle is much more heavy than fat!.

Could be water retention, could be your body turning to "semi-starvation mode" once it realizes that you're using more energy!. Give it two week and the scale will move!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
